What is the shipping time for my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Are your tattoo needles and cartridges sterilized?
Yes, all Elite Tattoo needles and cartridges are 100% E.O. Gas sterilized and individually packaged to ensure the highest safety standards for both artist and client.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened needles or ink cannot be returned.
Do your tattoo machines come with a warranty?
All Elite Tattoo machines come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers technical defects and internal component failures under normal use.

How can I track my package?
